Harris is certainly the go-to shop in the Boston area, but another one I like is Ferris Wheels in Jamaica Plain (http://www.ferriswheelsbikeshop.com/). They've had some obscure C&V parts over the years, and haven't charged for things like removing a freewheel. Good place.
