No, I haven't. Although according to genec and ILTB this should be impossible because the Dutch society is indeed "one in which a bicycle is an accepted means of transportation, and used by many, in which case the mass of many cyclists can easily clog any system" and restrict everyone to the 12 mph mark.

Edit: Danish, yes, Danish. In my native language the word for Dane is pronounced "dutchyanin" - no wonder I keep getting them confused in English!
