My LBS saves scraps of tape which are perfect for aero bars. Ask your guys if they have any scraps and you can probably score some descent new bar tape for free (I'm cheap like that, but bar tape, like everything cycling, is expensive!!!!).

Mostly train. I've raced it a few times and won the Saturday Slamfest with it once. Really comfortable bike.

Heavy though.

Those steel Trek boat anchors can do and be anything. This one has been repurposed into my cyclocross rig/plow now.
