Flat 'strategy'?
The Tufo thread brought a question to mind:
Having no viable second set of wheels available, what should I plan to do if I flat in a race?
Carry spares like usual?
Walk of shame/broom truck?
Do a little fred dance and sacrifice a small roadside animal (perhaps most appropriate in my case)?

If it was a tubular, Id ride it. Clincher, depends on how nice the tire is if id ride it back or no. I would probably try to call a teamate after they finished the race.

I wouldn't ride a tubular rim. I'd pull over and wait.

I've got one set. Al clinchers. No way I'm gonna ride 'em. Broom truck pretty much confirms my thinking. Tasty roadkill notwithstanding.
Guess I had that coming.

If you flat in a RR, without a spare set of wheels you're toast. Even with a spare set of wheels you'relikely to never get back on, without teammates.
One option to get back home, is Vittoria Pit stop.
