I'd have to say right now the ultimate dream bike would probably be relatively pedestrian. I'd go with either a Cannondale SuperSix or Storck Scenario 0.9. There's a bunch of custom stuff that I'm equally not worthy of, but those are the two that come to mind right now. I could definitely deal with a Parlee. I could add on to this list all night, though. Regardless, the only way to fly for me is with Campy Record and a bunch of our goodies.
My primary ride is a Bianchi 928 (the older, non-lugged version) with full Campy Centaur save the Chorus brifters (got a deal). Right now I have my patent-pending 403 wheelset on there with our Contour bars, Salsa stem and post, and Fizik saddle. I'll have some Zipp cranks on there once I save some pennies.
I actually end up putting more miles these days on my Surly Steamroller and will finally be on my Bianchi Pista Concept next week. Aside from that, I have a Schwinn Homegrown fetish so I have a couple of those and a 29" mountain bike that I should probably build up sometime between now and the race I have coming up in a month. Of course, I never really have time to ride lately.

All these Cervelo's if you've got an unlimited budget get something that is at least a little more unique. Pinarello would be great a Montello could rock any TT, and a Dogma FPX is just unbelievable IMHO. The suggestion of a LOOK 595 also excellent. Other ideas include...
BMC Time Machine - SO hot
BMC Pro Machine - You can get it to 13.4 lbs with Lightweights, nice
'08 Madone - This diverges from my "unique" bit but they're still looking pretty cool (mmm 6.9)
Lastly go for a Vanilla bike if you have the cash to not only get the bike but jump the que. Sacha does some wonderful work and that'd be a bike for the ages.

Sounds as if you are not only looking for a great climber, but also something that will win you the sprint... I would seriously look at the Colnago Extreme Power. Not the absolute lightest (but far off... it's 1100gr), add Campy Record, some sweet wheels (why not LightWeights...) and you have a super bike!!!!

I did my first TT a few weeks ago and the Zipp Team was there sporting Cervelos P3C's and the latest in Zipp Technology Very cool to see.

Unlimited...? I would get this Orbea Arin with Campy Record, compact cranks, and Rolf Prima Elan Aero wheels for climbing...
I would get this Cervelo Soloist Carbon with Campy Bora wheels for sprinting/crits/road...
and I would also get any one of several hot TT bikes, with Zip wheels/disc, for time trialing nirvana...

Pinarello Paris Carbon, Zipp ZED4's in custom colors, ceramic bearings, the whole 9 yards. Campy Record all around, except for the SRM crankset. Deda Forza stem and some kind of nice carbon wing bar.

Cervelo soloist SL. Covers road stuff. Nice wheels and SRM. Done.
You need a personal chiropractor to keep you in top shape (Lance had one), then contact me. Hell, I will even drive the follow vehicle if you need and adjust you in the middle of a ride.

Whatever bike bankerboy gets, can you guys suggest he get a size 54, regardless of his height. That way, when his bike goes on CL in a few years after hanging in the rafters of his McMansion unridden, I'll pick it up for a fraction of Manufacturers Suggested Ridiculous Price.
That a be great.
