Does anyone have any experience using one of these?
I have the opportunity to purchase a used one. The last couple of off-seasons I have used my bike on a Kurt Kinetic road machine. I spend between 8 and 16 hours a week on the trainer during the winter months.

I've had one for about a month now. I really like it. The one downside is that there really is no way to safely elevate the front end to simulate climbing. Other than that, is is incredibly solid, infinitely adjustable, and the built in power tap on an indoor bike is probably the ideal way to determine FTP and measure improvement.
