Looking for races for '09

This is gonna be my first year for racing and I'm looking for races in the NJ/NY/PA area. Bikereg lists a bunch of races, but they're all a 1.5-2.5 hr drive from me. Are there other places to find races?

How many races can you usually fit into your schedule? How far are you willing to commute?

I didn't ask what Category i would sign up for. I didn't ask what i needed to bring. I didn't ask how fast these races usually are. So.

How far are you willing to travel for a race?

Hey Socrates,

Please consider your own question, and then my statement, before saying this.

There are probably a dozen links/sources of race information on the fourth page alone.

Thanks,

Plato
