Belgian rider(merckxs team) dies in his sleep, no mention of doping??

Frederiek Nolf died in his sleep last night at the Doha Ritz-Carlton in Qatar, ahead of the fifth stage of the Tour of Qatar.

I thought dying in your sleep was a sure sign of doping (epo amateur), but cyclingnews doesn't even mention doping in the article.. is it because eddy merckx runs the team and they don't want to help scandalize his team??

and it could just be that he actually just died and didn't do any drugs. people do die, sometimes for unexplainable reasons.

Maybe there was no mention of doping because without any evidence that it could be due to doping, then the writer/reporter would be engaging in hackery rather than journalism.
