Well, based on BROAD estimation and extrapolation
About 9400 TSS and 243 hours. The 243 hours is correct. TSS is estimated based on calculations from SportTracks and then calculation of TSS/hr for my road rides and that ratio applied to trainer hours.

~10,000 TSS since march 1st (some estimates from commuting and mountain biking) and 165 hours.

What is a good weekly TSS for someone just getting into the groove? I am only riding 2 days a week. 1 long, and 1 hard. The rest is cross training for a half distance triathlon in Oct, but I want to try to do well in a couple of RRs in Sept also. I'm counting about 700 for this past week (?).

There isn't really a "good" amount, everyone is different. Don't worry about your cumulative TSS, just go by your CTL and pay attention to the ramp rate and your TSB. Of course if your TSS has been 700 for a few weeks I would imagine your CTL would be approaching 100...

7,500. I only rode 14 times total the first ten weeks of the year then I blew off most of May when my father died. I wish I hadn't because I made big progress March-April. July has been my best month in the last two years and I am exhausted. I will ride easily all next week.
