for the overall I'm going with a Davis repeat.
However I am rooting for McEwen overall and hoping to see an Armstrong stage win.

pansy?
but didn't you see the way he threatened to kill the reporter who nearly stepped on his toy dog?
that was pretty fierce.

seems like none of the picks were close to winning the crit, although McEwen was up there.

And while short of wins, 99% of pro riders would kill for his palmares. I'll admit to not being a fan of the guy at first, but I was pretty pleased for him to take that jersey. He earned it.
Certainly he's shown more class than people who call a guy who won World's with a beautiful piece of tactical riding a pansy.

He's a rider cursed with the pressure of expectations being shoved onto a basically quiet and introverted personality. Given his lousy luck prior to Worlds I think he's exhibited a lot of class actually. He doesn't twitter obnoxious comments about other riders, there's not the slightest hint of doping scandal around the guy, he races a long full calender, he's ridden his tail off for Gilbert who was less than gracious towards him in the media, and he's prevailed in the face of a huge amount of doubt.
well said.

Isn't McEwen like 73 years old now?

73 1/2..show some respect for your elders...damn kids.
I think he's finding some form...he's finished in the top ten in his last two sprints, not bad considering his injury from last year. I don't think he's going to beat Cav in a head to head but he's going make it interesting this year.
