Training Peaks Online vs. WKO+?
I'm a Golden Cheetah (GC) user, mostly because I have PPC Mac at home. However, now that my riding season is mostly over and I' transitioning to running for the next few months, I'd like to track my training performance including IF and TSS values. GC doesn't do this - at least not now. WKO+ and I believe the paid version of Online Training Peaks (TP) does track rTSS. So which is the better program - WKO+ or Training Peaks Online? Or are they the same, basically? I have a PC desktop and laptop for work, so I could use WKO+ on these computers - not as convenient as my home Mac with a 30" screen, but it'll work. Or I could just go online with TP. TP is $20/month and WKO+ is about $125. Thoughts? Suggestions?

i use both. WKO+ is very detailed, but with the recent upgrade to the premium version of TP you get TSS, IF, NP, PMC, which are key values to have. plus, with TP you have access to it with any internet connection. TP is nice for tracking daily metrics and food consumption as well.
WKO+ gets you the quadrant analysis and scatter graphs. in WKO+ you can create seperate profiles for sports or have sport specific PMCs. you can pretty much create any kind of chart/graph you want in WKO+.
i would be fine with just one or the other, but lean towards TP now. later.

Might want to checkout the perfpro 14-day free trial. $45 to get free updates. I use it because it is geared more towards training and power. GL

Too bad Perfpro is PC only. Otherwise I might give it a try.

TrainingPeaks online also has an HR TSS estimation algorithm (if you run w/ a down-loadable HR monitor/GPS), and one which is pace based (I think).
I've been using it for a bit and it is very useful. Just a few minor things missing, which are more detailed than most need (data overlays, quadrant analysis, etc).
