Optygen has sodium phosphate. It's kind of a catch-all product...anything that has any possible scientific merit they throw in there.
I kind of eschew commenting on supplements, like foods there's a pretty individual reaction and there are a lot of Kieth Moon cycling types who throw down whatever. My list is pretty minimal though, some minerals to try to stave off bone density loss, vitamins, some anti-oxidants and a few aminos.
I also supplement with some post-ride recovery aids like glutamine, Etc.
While we'd like to hope diet can cover some of the bases above, the reality is that factory farmed stuff, (even if it meets "organic" standards) is often deficient or provides a lower than expected "dose" of some vitamins and other nutrients. Hard training stresses the immune system so having a complete list of nutrients on board is really more of a health concern than a performance concern, though it's hard to perform well if you're constantly getting sick.
At this level it's really not all that healthy a sport in a lot of ways.

Lady walks up to counter. Holds up, back of hand out, thumb, index, middle finger (3 digits).
"I need two things. First, blah blah blah."
Then she drops thumb and index finger, leaving just the finger up.
"Second, blah blah blah."
I actually looked at her eyes to see if she was testing me. She just had no clue.

Like the episode of Seinfeld where the waitress kept giving George the finger, sort of secretively .... Kramer: "She knew what she was doing."

Whenever I see the word "Strider" I can only think of the Led Zepplin song about Lord of the Rings.

What a strangely wonderful day.
One of the best things that happened to me today was I didn't get the job I interviewed for 2 1/2 weeks ago. That might sound strange at first, but they told me I interviewed well, was #2 on the list, and want me to apply for the next position they have opening up in a month.
And, about four hours after I interviewed with them, I found out I was going to have to take a month to six weeks off from work to go on FMLA to take care of my mom. If I had gotten the offer, I would have been stuck in the moral dilemma of either telling my current employer that I'm leaving shortly after having submitted the FMLA paperwork (and telling the new employer that I couldn't possibly start until January), or having to turn the job down because of the impending leave. Either way I would have felt like mierda.
30 minutes after receiving the news, I took a 29er demo bike out on a local trail for 2 hours. Yup, the kool-aid tastes good. Bike's on order.

Sounds like good karma coming your way. Congrats on the new ride. Try and stay away from the baggy pants and plaid underwear. You have a reputation to uphold.

was walking across spring street an hour ago.
as i was crossing sullivan, i see a tall guy, choppy haircut, scarf, short jacket. for some reason he looked familiar.
just as i pass him, i realize why. brad wiggins and his mrs. doing some SOHO shopping.

I find them hypnotic. Her vivaciousness and bubbly personality are intriguing.
