How about good beer?
My wife bought me a six pack of Motor Boat beer a few weeks ago. Tagline "A Face Full of Fun!"
This past week she comes home with Happy Ending. Tagline "Put a smile on your face!"
In both cases she didn't get the double entendre until I explained it to her.

OK so I (mostly) don’t like cats. I just think that an animal who’s crap you clean up and who you feed should do what it’s told like a dog.
My gf has two cats that have slowly grown on me over the last year, however. I snapped this about 10 min ago and hate to admit that I think it’s pretty cute:

Now, with the stronger material, the manufacturer may elect to use a thinner wall thickness. If that's the case (assuming the outer dimensions are the same), then the 7050 bar will actually be less stiff than the 6061 one. It will also have a greater tendency to dent (think beer can). The up side of the 7050 bar is probably going to be weight.

So I've been using the same training tires for quite a while. They sponsor our team and we get them for a sweetheart deal. Lately, though, they kind of suck. I've got so many flats with the last 2-3 sets, it's crazy. These are supposed to have a flat protect strip and in years past you could go the life of the tire with maybe 1-3 punctures. Beyond that, the bead is very loose. You can pop them on the wheel very easy, but I've had several pop off the bead once I inflate it and blow up. I had that happen yesterday...again.
I bought some Michelin Lithion 2's from PricePoint for $20 a pop and today I put them on. Now, usually I run 25's on the front and 28's on the rear, but 23's are all I could get. I'm running the pressures up 10# in the front and 20# in the rear from my norm (from 80f/80r to 90f/100r). The Lithion's were definitely a tighter fit on my rims. The ride on the Lithion's really isn't much different than the old tires I was using, even with the higher pressures. On a completely subjective basis, I'd say these have a bit less rolling resistance as well.
I don't know how they'll be for flats or anything else, but they can't be any worse than what I was using. I'll give an update after I put a couple thousand miles on them.

Long day...
Met with the guy where we have registration for Bethel. Things are a go. We'll have indoor registration again. And the space is a full blown bakery now, yum. No sticky back numbers (my call - they cost a lot more).
Bought the Missus some birthday things. I'll still be married tomorrow.
Got recall work done on car (fuel line cracked when bent but vendor sent them out and no one caught it - they replace the fuel line). My car won't smell like fuel or catch on fire.
Got cat litter and cleaned the boxes. Cats are happy. Brushed and petted cats too.
Bought a cheap FSA Compact bar from a local shop. Will experiment with fit etc as a replacement for crit bend bars. I may even get some (get ready) carbon bars. I dunno why.
Bought futon for den which will become a guest suite/room kind of thing (attached full bath). Guests will be happy.
Bought DVD player for bike room. I spent way too much time trying to get one of four DVD players working (picture bad on three, wouldn't load random DVDs, wouldn't play others). Now I can train again with some distractions.
Didn't get online literally all day. Missed entering fantasy cycling thing discussed above somewhere. Darn it.
Oh and rode bike (trainer) just now - 5+ hrs in 4 days, that's good for me. Unfortunately I'm wired now.

For those of you intrigued by double entendre's and neologisms, I suggest googling santorum. Mother Jones can explain the phenomenom to you.. https://motherjones.com/politics/2010...lem-dan-savage

Could use some Facebook likes on a photo if you're feeling kind this morning. A pic I took for a Cyclingtipsblog.com photo contest and somehow made it to the finals. So, if you don't mind, would you all go to the following link.
https://cyclingtips.olapic.com/168715...ning-finalists
Then, on the left, click on the Facebook LIKE icon (that's the vote he will count). Unless, of course, you think it sucks (hey, it was taken with a phone) Thanks!

Up at 5:00 - back to sleep at 5:05
Up at 6:00 - got myself ready for work and little one ready for school, dropped her off at school
Got to the office and played on BF all day (j/k had another crazy day)
Weight trained from 12:00 - 1:15
Started doing some work at 4:55 - left at 5:30 (j/k see above)
Headed straight for the arena (I coach high school hockey) for practice in which I just about lost my voice I was screaming at them so much
Got home around 9:00 had dinner and like CDR was wired so watched a little TV and finally got to sleep around 11:30
THen the alarm went off at 4:50 to start all over again.

Wired or wireless? On my wired setups the wiring is the weak point. I thought my crank battery died, opened it up, still reading whatever voltage (3.2?) at the circuit board side (test leads on the circuit, not on battery).
Yes. I should have said I'm thinking of the stem/bar combo.
Did not know. Also I didn't realize I didn't buy the cheap one. I got the wing version, AL.
I forgot a few things too, unfortunately.
I should have pointed out that brushing and petting (up to seven) cats can be very time consuming but yesterday I didn't spend that much time. Depending on the time of day, certain cats really want a lot of attention; some morning, some afternoon, some evening, some night.
