Wouldn't marbles in tubular glue be bad?
Yesterday the detail guy cleaned a Corvette which had thick, nasty water stains. I asked him what they use and he said it was an acid, after which they wash, polish, and wax the car. It was perfect when they finished.
I don't envy detailers, some of the cars are so disgusting that I wash my hands after driving them and make sure to cover the seat so I don't smell like it.

When I opened the car door, I found out why the price was so low. The original owner was a two-pack a day kind of guy. The car just reeked of cigarette smoke. My wife wanted to leave right away, but I still wanted to take the car for a spin. That was a mistake. By the time the test drive was over, I felt sick.
I told the salesman that I liked the car, but I couldn't buy it because of the smell. He said, I don't blame you. He said that they had chemicals to remove cigarette odors, but they were apparently useless on this car. He said it is going to be sitting on the lot until the right buyer comes by.

Buying the HED tubs... still hemming and hawing over 3s, 4s, 6s, 7s, and 9s. Does the tire question being and end with Vittoria Corsa EVO CX?

Good enough for me. Looking at 3s, or 3 front /4 rear for races like this https://tourofthecatskills.com/ as well.

...see, and this is where my head starts spinning again. 5'10 / 165 (trending down to 160 or 155) Hence the issue. Deep wheels for the crits with no wind, but I want the 3s to carry me up the climbs. 3/4 maybe because there are often long stretches between climbs.
Do they not make the Evo anymore? Their website only has them listed as corsa, or am i missing something? (I can still find the Evo CX on websites for sale.)

Tough finding anything deeper. All those tri guys must be on the road cracking stuff up....
On a side note go into the gym the other day to see a Pina Graal on Deep HEDs sitting at the front, I didn't however see any horsepower in the gym for such a steed...

Almost $450 for the three books I need for studying for my PE exam. One of them alone is $250. The National Electric Code handbook is $140. Crazy.
