out walking the earth
I don't think I could stay all day to do the 45 and the finals. Pro 1 would be fun but not in the cards for what I need now, which is simply a win

There's the tour of nantucket this weekend, seems like it could be fun, but a bit of a logistical nightmare to get to in time (I'm sure it's $$$ to stay overnight). I've been to the vineyard many times, but only to nantucket once when I was 7 or 8 and spent much of it puking because I'd never been on the sea prior to that trip.

You don't have to wear those bibs tonight
Race the streets for money
You don't care if it's wrong or if it's right

You don't have to put on the blinky light

People don't remember how it was even 5 years ago when aside from NRC races if you were outside the top 10 you sometimes did not know your result for weeks.

From racers: combined fields, late results, inaccurate results, no traffic marshal at TT turnaround, no scorer at sprint point, grumpy staff.
From promoter: whiny entitled racers, conplaints from comped active duty servicemen, racers rummaging through boxes of merchandise, and a general unhappiness that they lost a lot of money and still had to take crap all weekend from racers who didn't feel they were getting their money's worth.
Promoting races seems to be one of those place-kicker type of jobs where nobody notices when everything goes right but they want to lynch you when things go wrong.
