I find the best supervision to be iron-fisted, unwavering and unwilling to tolerate questions.




But oddly enough, I had to tell a temporary employee that she was out of consideration for the permanent positions she's temping in (and doing a good job), and that was very, very hard. I wanted her to get angry, almost like a breakup. Feeling. I was always the one getting broken up with, so it was totally unfamiliar and difficult.

Too lazy to go over and look at the list of banned/suspended users. Not sure I've seen Siu over in the 33 before.
