My experience with Nashbar is you get in service what you pay for. For example, when they shipped the wrong color part from what the invoice said, it was my fault and I had to pay shipping both ways again if I wanted it fixed. That aside, the parts are reasonable and the price is great. I have used their pedals as well as purchassed other things from them without many problems. I've also used both Thompson seatposts as well as carbon ones and the carbon ones are way better. On the other hand I've heard that cheap carbon seatposts are carbon wrapped alloy ones and I'm not sure how that work damping wise. I bet they'd tell you if you called.
