as horribly dumb as it sounds... i have seen people riding bikes without any brakes and coasting... have also see people walking bikes without any brakes and the pedals not turning... although i figure then that maybe the lockring broke or something to that regard... unless they look like a "trying to be cool" dork... then i laugh
