i found a jersey i really like the design on. the size says it is 20" from pit to pit. i measuered a tight fitting shirt i have and it is 20". i dont want the jersey to just fit like a shirt tho. i dont want to to be flapping in the wind at all. would this jersey be too big or do manufacturers know this and make them fit?
