The more I see that Rohloff hub, the more I like it... except nobody sells bikes with it in the US, and because the cost of that hub is not cheap (its not crazy expensive factoring the cost of the components it replaces), I want the bike's frame to be built around the hub from the ground up, and not take chances.

Any bad stories about the Rohloff speedhub? All I hear are glowing reviews about it, but I've not seen one yet, nor have heard anyone lacing one up in a XC/AM mountain bike.
