The arm measurement does seem faulty. Their description of where on the shoulder you measure from seems to make all the difference. As soon as I re-read the instructions and re-measured, my top tube went from 54 to 57.5. I checked the measurements and my Flyte fit the competitive fit numbers perfectly with the exception of the top tube being too long. I bought my new frame with the recommended 57.5cm top tube and it fits perfectly. I basically have my bike dialed in with the Competitive fit, with a slightly raised bar to get a touch of the Eddy fit.
