I weighed mine on bathroom scale and got 23.5 lbs w/pump, two empty water bottles and my saddle bag w/tools.
I think that's pretty good, but don't have any basis of comparison.

my bike weighs in on the scale at about 17 lbs. without bottles, or my seat pack.. I have a Lemond Maillot Jaune with Ultegra and Shimano 540 wheels... fully loaded I'm guessing I tip the scales at around 20-ish ?
