Ultimately a bike shop is a retail environment and those will not see customers before 10am, sometimes even later.
Happy to help you out....they have been at that location since 1969. It is and has always been family owned and yes...it is like they live there which stinks sometimes because they have very little time to "enjoy" the trade that they are in.
