I might be picking one of these up for my "SO". As I am pretty sure she'll, um I mean, I'll be able to ride it (about 2" from my height and has ridden my mt. bike without issue) with minor adjustments.

FWIW- The LBS near me that carries KHS also has Blue. It hasn't sold one yet, but the rep. brought in an RC4 and it is supposedly VERY similar with the aluminim spine. Looking at the specs, prove this as well. I have to admit, I love the little fin or airfoil on the seat tube on the KHS though.
