Bikes: 197x?? Raleigh rescued from scrap metal; Specialized Roubaix

My old man is 73 and keeps on riding. He was commuting on a bike all his life - 30 km a day - and he just keeps going.

I am only 42 and started to bike year ago; my longest ride was 4th July WOD trail Purceville to DC and back again - 92 miles
