Flea market finds of the day. Good prices??

This is the same guy asking $100 for a beat up Schwinn American, ladies model. But, he has a Schwinn Le Tour, red with eighties looking graphics. The frame is 4130 and has Sante brake calipers and down tube shifters. The left shifter is missing though(base and all), and no matching levers for the brakes. The FD is there, though I didn't look at it closely. Paint is "okay". IE: shiny but scratched looking. forged dropouts, comes with headset. $30, good deal or not?? BTW, no wheels/bars/stem/seat. Bare frame without cranks, but the BB is all there.

Second is a Viscount in pretty decent shape, but a bare frame and fork. No brakes, nothing. He didn't mention a price. It's blue and white. What should I give, if anything?

He also has a fairly complete orange Falcon which may or may not fit me. What should I offer?

Awesome deals today. I saw two Stingray OCC's for $150, LMAO! One was all beat to hell with black rims. The other was nice, but came from the local Big Lots store for $70 a week or two ago. Apparently the local flea markets just found out these exist, and are trying to ride the craze. Yeah, that's a joke, lol.....BD
