krimchick, that bike should be worth keeping. Back when CCM was a real company, it made mostly low end consumer bikes, just like Schwinn. Similarly, also like Schwinn, the company has a long history. In the 1930s a CCM Flyer track bike made of DB Reynolds tubing sold for $100, according to a book I have about 6-day racing.
