He's pretty young when it comes to Euro experience and miles in his legs. He has only been a pro road rider for a couple years and is still "young" in many senses. He doesn't have the body ravaged look that a lot of Euro pros get from years of racing.

He is at a critical point right now in his career. I could see him either really accelerating and being the next big thing, or just staying where he is and having an ok carreer and just being a super domestique.
