Thanks! I attribute my mediocre wannabe bike messenger skills to video games and the desire to not get stuck behind cars all morning/evening/ever.
For whatever reason, cross traffic was blocking thru traffic at a lot of intersections which meant me leaving a lot of cars behind as I rode in between the gaps created by the traffic blocking the intersection.
