Personally unless you are a giant or pure masher, I wouldn't go longer then 175.

Hey, I am curious...what is your inseam? I am having a bit of a hard time trying to determine whether or not my 172.5mm cranks are too short for my 89cm inseam. I'm thinking I may test a set of 175mm or 177.5mm just to see how my legs feel while spinning on them anyways.
