I see no problem whatsoever. What about a unlocked bike says "I'm safe and roadworthy, ride me please" to a normal person? **** it, if you decide to ride a bike that isn't yours without the permission of the owner, you deserve what you get. The person who tries to ride away on a bike that isn't theirs is the one that is betting their face. Weather it's from the rightful owner's ulock justice or the bike breaking in half, the broken face is the result of stealing a bike.
