I had the Ciocc powder-coated black and it is now my single-speed with some 23s on the rear and 20s on the front....pretty quick and it should slice through the snow nicely. I had it as my winter ride last year too but the gears kept getting bogged down with salt and ice so I thought I'd try it as SS this year and build it up with a 9-speed 105 kit in the spring. I also have been tooling around on that little Razesa lately and it is nice but no room at all for fenders which makes it a no-go for the winter.

When/if the snow gets really gnarly, I have my old GT Karokoram set up with fenders and thin knobbies, but I doubt it will get that bad this year...10 degrees isn't really winter, is it?
