Not even close .... I didn't have my lower legs covered when I rode in just after noon today @ 4 degrees.
Still need my booties though, STILL can't find them.....I MAY have to buy another pair.

I've oft heard of the skinny wheel set sayin' the slicing tyre gets right to the road, though I haven't been brave enough to do it myself. I like my knobbies in the crud. No worries about salt and a nice road frame?
