Cyclezealot - Good to see you back. Just keep pedalling, and it should all come back to you.

I had a great ride this morning, after missing all but the first two rides last week. Bit of variation too - Had to take my brother over to the railway Station, so put him on the bus and arranged to meet in town, about 3 miles. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of the bus! The remaining ride to work was great too - frosty and sunny.
