If it moves around on the bar, then tighten the set screw on the bottom. Be careful about the ball bearing inside, and don't lose the spring either

the silly thing works flawlessly, but before I do anything with it I'm going to put some oil in it. I haven't ridden the bike, but with the wheel spinning in the air it does sound a little dry
