For the taper specs, they have a published standard. I've never been able to find the actual publishing, but those in the know have said that they are both a 2 degree taper, and measured from a specific point on the taper, JIS is 12.9mm, ISO is 12.7mm. The 2.4mm difference in where the crank sits comes from doing the trig.

If the sugino 75s are ISO (i've heard both that they are and that they aren't), they should work just fine on the campy bb. If you try it, let us know.
