1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?

I have several: Land Shark, Tommasini, Trek 520, Easy Racer Gold Rush

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?

Don't fall for the hype. Just food. You want a good energy drink? Drink milk.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?

Only my wife can comment on that.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?

Out of near 55 years, hmmm. I started riding at four. Did two solo rides across the US, '72 and '76. A few state rides and RAGBRAI 15 times.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.

Short, long, touring and commuting.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?

Over the years, 2500 to 5000ish miles per year.

7. Weight resistance training is the best supplement you can use to compliment cycling. Whether your own weight or steel.
