I absolutely love my F4:13, but it cost me less than what your LBS is asking, and mine has Chorus and Fulcrum Racing 1's. That was thanks to a clearance deal on the frame and lots of bargain hunting for components.

I have teammates who ride the S-Works Tarmac and absolutely love it. I don't think you could go wrong with either one, but the Pinarello wins in the esoteric/OCP/bling department, IMHO... You just need to decide what that's worth to you.
