I'd vote for handling and stiffness in all the right places (head tube and BB, for instance) when looking for a race bike...

If you're looking at charity events you might want to try the Roubaix. The Pinarello and the Tarmac are made for racing, so depending on what kind of fit you have now, you may find the more racing-oriented fit a little aggressive, i.e. painful, on longer rides. In terms of vibration damping/etc., the F4:13 does a great job of smoothing out the little bumps/chatter while staying stiff in all the right places as mentioned above...
