They are pretty inexpensive and seem comparable to an IRO for weight/geometry. They are available through bike shops through J&B Importers. The dropouts seem kind of cheesey, as they are stamped steel with flanges welded on to make them look like the Surly track ends, instead of a 1pc forged dropout. I'm sure they work fine though. Advertised frame weight as best I can recall is sub 5lbs. I'm actually considering one myself.
