exactly! if you're driving drunk and crash your car, and kill anyone inside your car, in another car, wherever, it's involuntary manslaughter (I believe it is, I'm not a lawyer, but I know of unfortunate incidents where exactly this happened).... hitting someone, whether a cyclist, jogger, pedestrian, whatever, should be no different... whether alocohol is involved or not. WTF!
