Welcome aboard! You'll find all of the areas on BF fun and helpful, my favorites are Classic & Vintage, Fifty Plus (it's OK if you're not fifty yet) and Bicycle Mechanics. Overall, everyone is friendly and helpful in these three areas. Some of the other areas (like Road Cycling and Advocacy) have some rabble rousers but overall BikeForums is a great place to hang out. You're doing a good thing with your efforts, I envy you
