I ordered a San Jose to use as a commuter/beer run bike. I would like some recommendations for good fenders, racks, and what upgrades are needed. Yes, I did do the Search and some new salmon Kool Stop brake pads are also on the way.

How's that saddle? Anyone keep it long enough to know if it is worth keeping?

How are the wheels holding up? Tires?
