If you're hiring a bicycle while you're here, it will very likely
not come with clipless pedals. Most of the time, the bikes will have flat platform pedals that you can use any shoe with. If you want clipless pedals, it's best if you bring your own. Having said that, you can purchase relatively cheap gear at MEC [
www.mec.ca] in Calgary or Edmonton.
