15F today and minimal wind. Nice weather for a ride, but my camelback hose froze, and I think I had some ice in the rear derailleur or something. It was ghost shifting like crazy just before I got to work. I stopped and adjusted it and bent it all over the place. Seemed to fix the problem. Don't replace shifters and cables the day before riding without testing and readjusting .
