I've had three orders from three different retailers get held up and lost with FedSux SmartLost. All three times, the tracking info said it was at my post office. All three times I waited two weeks for them to figure it out. All three times I spoke with my mail carrier on the phone and he knew nothing of the packages and couldn't find them.

All three times I had to get the retailers to resend the orders, two of the times my duplicate items were out of stock. All three times the stupid original order arrived at my house 6 weeks after ordering.

Needless to say, I now only use non-USPS delivery methods, and just consider it an extra cost of shopping online. It actually sends me to the LBS a little more often for this reason.
