For the attachment, just get one of those Livestrong wristbands (or better yet, a knock-off version) and use it the same way the Dinotte does for mounting their LED light.




You may need to sandwhich something between the light and the handlebar to keep it level, or do like I do (if it has a sheath/case), leave it in the case but fold the top under. This setup makes it easy to "flash" vehicles to let them know that you see them coming, especially if it looks like that they're getting ready to "hook" you from the front.
