I just took delivery of a new rear wheel, a Weinmann RM19 rim with what I was told is a Formula flip flop hub. The hub has no cut outs like most or all the Formula hubs I've seen online. Please forgive my ignorance but does Formula make flip flop hubs minus the cut outs? I'm wondering if I was possibly mislead.
