They are making custom frames at http://www.bikemielec.com/
The cost of a regular trekking frame is something about $70, so similar custom one could be twice as much.
If you send them your own project, they can make it.
They have a wide range of alu pipes and profiles, they also can cnc.
They can also powdercoat it for $9.

And the cost of economy postage, would be about $25.

International Postal Services
Economic postal parcel
To: North America and Africa
Weight: up to 2kg
Price 63.00 PLN
Total price 63.00 PLN

If package is send by private person to another private person, you dont have to pay any taxes.

So the cost of a such custom frame shipped to US would be about $200, or less.

Yes those gussets are purely decorative, welds are ugly, but they hold

I have been riding it for almost a year now, an I love it!

The space between the st and the wheel, on my frame is now 2 cm (not inches) with 23 tires, and the remaining dropout (about 5 mm) is obscured by track nut/washer.

And here is a drawing of my frame/ the red part is how I wanted it to look like;

And if you dont like it, go ride your $2000 keirin frame, on ****ty streats...

Luke

Edit: Im gonna be the middle man...
