Beside motionbased one thing I have done is to pull my info up on my screen and do a screen shot. Or "print screen" on a PC. This goes to a clipboard and I paste it into Paint or something similiar ( I have Photoshop but Paint will work). You can then attach that to an email as a jpeg or gif file for your coach or other special person.
